Shipping and Delivery


How does shipping and delivery work?

You’ve made an order, your diabetic socks are on the way - now what?

Once an order is placed, our team will collect your Socks from our warehouse, so please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order. Your socks will then be sent then it should be safely in your hands within 5-12 days.

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow your orders progress.

How much do I pay for shipping?

If you’re located in United States, standard shipping is free on all orders.

Multiple shipping options are available at check out. These include Free Shipping and Priority Shipping so you can get your order even FASTER! 
When will my order arrive? 
Once your order is picked and packed, the journey from Flexsox HQ to your front door begins. We have two shipping options for you to choose from.

Priority Shipping is available for all regions in America with an expected delivery between 4-8 days.

Standard Shipping is included free on all orders. Expected delivery is between 5-12 business days. 

*Please note: Although our carriers quote us these expected delivery times, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date. 
Help, I think my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although our delivery partners quote us 5-12 business days for standard delivery, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.

If your order isn’t delivered within 20 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with our delivery partners.

While we understand delays are frustrating, we are required to work within our delivery partner's processes. If you have any issues with tracking, let us know and we can contact them on your behalf to try and resolve any issues ASAP.
Do you ship internationally?

Whilst we started in United States, our Flexsox are loved all over the globe! If you are looking to send to a different country, just enter your address in our checkout!

Do Flexsox Fit True to Size?

Flexsox products are intended to fit people differently, with different height and sizing options!

To get the size that fits you perfectly, please make sure you check our Sizing Chart or contact our Flexsox support if you have any questions.

Does Flexsox Offer Plus-Sized Socks?

Our socks fit any size calf, ankle or feet! Flexsox stretch far beyond what any of our competitors allow.

We currently have sizes M, L and XL, to fit any shoe sizes comfortably.

What Are Non-Binding Flexsox Made Of?

To carefully craft and perfect your Flexsox, our product goes through multiple processes, combining several technologies. This results in an end product made from extremely fine-textured fabrics that effectively have no threads on the inside.

This allows us to accurately manufacture the perfect Non-Binding Diabetic socks, with the specific fabric combination we use. Flexsox Non-Binding Socks are able to reduce irritation while allowing them to stretch beyond what any other competitor socks can offer. You can say goodbye to painful sock marks with Flexsox.
Are Flexsox Slippery?

Flexsox Non-Binding Socks currently do not use any specific measures to counteract slipping, so when you are walking on those slippery surfaces, please make sure to use the same caution as wearing regular socks if you are a bit clumsy or prone to slipping!

What Colours Are Available? 
As of right now, we're only selling the old reliable Black and White Non-Binding socks, but new colours and designs are being worked on as we speak!

Do You Offer Any 100% Cotton Products?

No, none of our products are made from 100% cotton. If this was so, our socks would not have the features and capabilities that they were engineered to have! 


We make sure to use a fine-tuned blend of awesome materials to ensure your socks are the best Non-Binding socks you've ever had.

What Are The Best Flexsox Products for Neuropathy?

As of right now, the only products we have to offer are Flexsox Non-Binding Socks, which are amazing for neuropathy, as they mitigate irritation, have maximum stretch, and are designed for unmatched comfort.
What Are The Best Flexsox Products for Swelling?

Our Flexsox Non-Binding Socks are perfect for swelling because they mitigate irritation and stretch like no other competitor sock will.
How Often Can I Wear My Flexsox?

Our Non-Binding Diabetic Socks purposefully do not manipulate blood flow, so you can wear them as often or for as long as you like!
What Makes Flexsox Non-Binding Diabetic Socks Good For Diabetic Feet & Other Sensory Issues?

Our Non-Binding socks are tailored for conditions relating to foot discomfort, especially diabetes and its connected symptoms. We've carefully engineered our Flexsox to provide as much relief to your feet and legs as possible, with features such as: seamless toe, triple padded soles, non-binding fibers, specially designed materials and more!
Will My Flexsox Diabetic Socks Shrink?

For washing your Flexsox, a handwash and air dry are recommended. But if you are using a washing machine and conventional drier, we recommend using a cold water, gentle cycle, and low dry temperatures. Due to the materials used in your Flexsox, they may shrink ever so slightly on their first wash, but the difference will not be noticeable!

Returns and Exchanges


Do you have a returns policy?

Sorry, we know this is the boring legal stuff, but take a minute to have a read of our return policy. We offer free returns for 30 days from date of delivery/receiving of order.

However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:

1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.

2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.

3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.

This includes all packaging including the belly band. You will be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.

*Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.

How long do I have to return my Flexsox?

We know the drill – you’ve been needing to return it, but life gets in the way. We are happy to help you return that one, and offer a 30 day return period for you to make that tough decision! Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Sadly, we know that sometimes the Flexsox is just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return your Flexsox to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 30 days.

*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. All Flexsox must be returned in as new condition, with the belly band to be eligible for a return.

**Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.
Can I exchange my order for a different product?

Another colour or size caught your eye? It happens – trust us, our wardrobes are full of them! You can certainly return your Oodie to us for an exchange to a new pattern, provided it is returned within 30 days.


*Please note: all Flexsox must be returned in as new condition, with the belly band still on to be eligible for a return.

Do I have to pay for returns?

We’ve got you covered here too. All eligible returns (for both refunds and exchanges) within United States will be covered with a free return, which means no expenses at the post office! Just contact our friendly team at support@flexsox.co and they will be able to help you along the way.

*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout.
How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?
We are working hard behind the scenes to get the Flexsox in and out of our fulfilment centres. We strongly encourage that you send through a photo of your receipt from the post office as proof your return has been lodged. As soon as we have this information, we can action either your exchange or refund immediately! If you forget to grab this receipt, we will just need to wait until that one gets back to our warehouse before we can go ahead.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
We’re sad to see you go! Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank or merchant directly.

How secure is your payment?

Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

What payment types do you offer?

We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer GooglePay, ApplePay and PayPal too!
How do I use a discount code?
Woo, it’s on sale - so you’re basically saving money (at least, that’s what we tell ourselves when something is on sale). Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.

*Please note: Only one discount code can be used per order. If you are purchasing multiple bundles and discounts, we suggest placing separate orders. Strikethrough prices may consider the discount code mentioned in the description. Please check email offers for which items the code is applicable for (eg. single Flexsox orders only).
I forgot to use my discount code!

Made your Flexsox purchase, and as the payment was loading you realised with horror you hadn’t added your discount? Never fear, that opportunity hasn’t slipped away! Simply email our lovely Flexsox team at support@flexsox.co and they will be happy to help correct this for you.

All pricing for our store is listed in American dollars (USD).

I have an issue with my order, what can I do?

Something not quite right with your order? Don’t worry, our Flexsox team is ready to jump into action! Please contact us to advise of the issue, and to help resolve things quickly we request you include photos so we can help identify what has happened.

I need to cancel or change my order!

These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfilment partner you will need to go through our returns process.

As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
How do I contact you?
Our email contact is support@flexsox.co This allows us to keep a paper trail for your issue so we can help you as best we can. Our emails are answered by our amazing support team, and we can sometimes have some slight delays in response time. We’re only human, so please be patient and we are working as quickly as possible to get back to you. We promise we won’t leave you on ‘read’!
